Motrona MC800 Multi-Axis Motion Controller with Integrated Tandem Drive Controller

The MC800 is a drive controller for up to 2 axes with an integrated tandem drive controller.

Application firmware offers a wide range of application possibilities, including synchronization control, index and print mark control as well as the control of rotary cross cutters and flying saws.

Thanks to optional interface modules, seamless integration into various networks such as CANopen, CC-Link, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS, PROFINET and SERCOS-III is possible.

The axis dependencies can be freely assigned, allowing maximum flexibility in the control.

The control cascade extension supports control in the torque loop, whereby the tandem control ensures precise synchronization of two drives.
