Motrona GI210 Encoder Switch for 2 SSI Inputs to 1 SSI Master Output

The GI210 is an encoder switch for contactless, bounce-free switching of two SSI encoders to one SSI master. This compact device can be cascaded with additional devices and is easily mounted in the control cabinet by snapping it onto a DIN rail. Typical applications include, for example, feed or conveyor technology, where an intelligent evaluation device (master) calculates the sum or difference of two independent SSI encoders. There are also applications in drive technology (e.g., automatic roll change) or in general automation with redundant safety systems.
