Motrona BY641 Single-Axis Synchronous Controller with 4 Relays

This high-precision, single-axis synchronous controller is used for speed-controlled drives with analog setpoints and is characterized by outstanding control characteristics. Absolute angle-synchronous synchronization or ratio synchronization with adjustable gear factors and phase angles, as well as trim and index functions for adjusting the relative position between the axes, are just some of the numerous features offered by this series.

The BY641 synchronous controller is supplied in a 96 x 96 x 140 mm installation housing and is particularly suitable for controlling smaller machines and systems on a tight budget. With its preselection switches, the BY641 version enables direct adjustment of the speed control via a front-mounted BCD decade switch. In addition, the device features four programmable limit values for transistor switching outputs, four potential-free switching output relays, a 14-bit analog output (± 10 V or 0/4 ... 20 mA), and a serial RS232 interface.
