PTC Contact Heaters of the HP series are dynamic heating elements for precise heating of solids and liquid containers. They consist of a contacted PTC heating element pressed into an aluminum profile. The aluminum profile features a flat design with mounting holes on the outer profile surface which allow for easy installation and optimum heat transfer. 

PTC Contact Heaters of the HP series are available in two sizes HP05 or HP06 and two voltage versions (12 - 24V or 100 - 240V) with maximum surface temperatures ranging from 104°F to 392°F.

PTC Contact Heaters come with all advantages of the PTC heating technology. Thanks to the PTC effect, the heating elements dynamically adjust their power without exceeding a maximum temperature. High operational reliability and energy efficiency without any additional switching elements.
